Ensuring a fire risk assessment is carried out is a legal obligation under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
We will complete a comprehensive assessment of the risk of fire within your property by a qualified fire risk assessor. The assessment will be concluded with a detailed report providing clear indications of areas where improvement is required.

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 organisations are required to maintain and test their fire safety equipment and devices, ensuring that they are in good working order.
We provide monthly, quarterly and annual checks supported with our fire safety log books. Essential evidence to show that you are adhering to your legal obligations.

Ensuring your property is maintained to a clean standard is essential in avoiding end of tenancy disputes. Our end of tenancy cleans include a deep clean of all appliances, perfect for student properties.
£17.50 p/h per cleaner.
eg. a property requiring 2 cleaners for 5 hours totalling 10 hours will total £175.50.
