We don’t often venture into Birmingham, but when we were asked to complete an inventory on one of the city’s most expensive apartments, we couldn’t say no!
This incredible loft apartment, costing around £5,000 per month, occupies the entire second floor of a former MI5 office building on Water Street, right in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
The building’s industrial history has been retained beautifully, with exposed brickwork, original-style beams and huge open-plan living spaces creating a really distinctive character.
From the outside, you’d never guess what was inside.
Another reminder that you never quite know what you’re going to find behind the front door on an inventory!
