We donât often venture into Birmingham, but when we were asked to complete an inventory on one of the cityâs most expensive apartments, we couldnât say no!
This incredible loft apartment, costing around £5,000 per month, occupies the entire second floor of a former MI5 office building on Water Street, right in the heart of Birminghamâs Jewellery Quarter.
The buildingâs industrial history has been retained beautifully, with exposed brickwork, original-style beams and huge open-plan living spaces creating a really distinctive character.
From the outside, youâd never guess what was inside.
