Yesterday, we received an urgent request for an inventory with just hours’ notice.
As always, the Ivy team was happy to help. Our clerk completed the inventory early this morning, ensuring the property was ready for the new tenants to move in by midday.
But this one was a little more special than most.
The landlord is the aunt of Coventry City legend, Peter Ndlovu, making it a particularly memorable way for us to finish the year.
