We recently had the pleasure of completing a full inventory at The Beechwood Hotel in Coventry.
The property presented a very different challenge to a typical residential inventory, with a total of 90 rooms, including:
• 44 bedrooms with en-suite facilities
• Functional rooms and communal areas
• Bar and restaurant facilities
• Extensive external areas
Projects like this highlight the versatility of our inventory team and the importance of having a detailed, consistent record across larger and more complex properties.
